Welcome to the Kadar Family
Family is at the heart of everything we do. I’ve helped generations achieve confident smiles, and now, I’m thrilled to share that my son will soon join me in the practice!
My wife and I have four amazing children, each on their own path—our son, Tommy, is in his orthodontic residency, Juliana, our daughter in medicine, our middle son, Alex, in marketing, and our youngest daughter, Marlena, who is heading off to college soon. Watching them grow has been my greatest joy.
Our practice is built on relationships, and I’m excited for this next chapter. Thank you for trusting us with your smiles—we look forward to seeing you soon!

Why Board Certified Orthodontists
Orthodontists have more specialized education than general dentists.
Both complete a four-year dental school program to become licensed dentists. However, orthodontists go on to complete an additional 2-3 years of specialized training in orthodontics through a post-graduate residency program.
This advanced education focuses on diagnosing, preventing, and treating alignment issues in teeth and jaws, giving orthodontists the expertise to provide specialized care for creating healthy, beautiful smiles.

No. Not all orthodontists are board-certified—but at Kadar Orthodontics, our orthodontists are Board Certified. Board Certification by the American Board of Orthodontics is a voluntary distinction that demonstrates exceptional expertise, clinical skill, and commitment to excellence.
This rigorous process goes beyond standard licensing, requiring orthodontists to present real patient cases and prove superior results. When you choose Kadar Orthodontics, you’re trusting a team dedicated to providing the highest standard of care for your healthiest, most beautiful smile.
One. The American Board of Orthodontics (ABO) is the only certifying board in the specialty that is recognized by the American Dental Association. The ABO was founded in 1929 and is the oldest specialty board in dentistry. The board’s purpose is to elevate the quality of orthodontic care for the public by promoting excellence through certification, education and professional collaboration.
Successful completion of the examination process demonstrates the orthodontist’s highest commitment to excellence in orthodontics – to both the orthodontic profession and the general public. It represents a commitment by a licensed specialist that they have the necessary knowledge and skills to treat patients to the highest of standards. It exemplifies a practitioner’s commitment to continue to keep abreast of the latest advances in patient care, and to continue to deliver these latest advances to patients. Many orthodontists see it as a demonstration of their dedication to the specialty and the highest level of personal achievement.
Since 1929, the American Board of Orthodontics has set high standards for board certification.
Today, the process includes a written exam and needs to be renewed every 10 years.
In previous years, the board certification process was more rigorous and included detailed case presentations and an oral evaluation by expert examiners and does not need to be renewed. Dr. Kadar was board certified under this process and because of the level of care, knowledge, and expertise needed to achieve certification, is certified for life.

This place is beautiful! I went for a simple consultation and was blown away! The staff were so friendly and professional. The place was nothing like I’ve ever seen before. I was given a tour as soon as I was called back. The process from start to finish was explained in full detail. The Doctor himself was pleasant, educated, had an actual personality. I look forward to my experience with Kadar Orthodontics! Thank you for a great first impression. It was a lasting one :)

It’s the smile I always wanted-wide, broad, straight teeth! I love how perfect they look and so natural! I wish I would have done it sooner! Dr. Kadar is so nice and has such attention to detail! He was so caring about what was important to me along the way and helped me get done quickly. I can’t say enough good things about this place! The assistants who worked on me were so gentle and made it easier than I thought it could be! When you see the beauty of the office, you see the kind of quality you will get for yourself! It’s a wonderful experience!!
