General Contests & Giveaways

Unless otherwise specified in the announcement or rules of any and all Kadar Orthodontics contests:

• Only Kadar Orthodontics patients with an active Kash Klub Rewards account may enter.
• Parental permission is required for patients under 18.
• Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
• Applicable taxes and fees (if any)  are the sole responsibility of the winner(s) and/or their parent(s)/legal guardian(s).
• Parent(s) / legal guardian(s) consent that entry into any Kadar Orthodontics contest (online or with signature in person),  hereby releases the use of their and/or their child’s images and voice in video, electronic media or still photography, for the purpose of any or all marketing materials for Kadar Orthodontics, PA and/or its assigns, without compensation.
• Kadar Gift Certificates may be used for new patient orthodontic services or on current patient account balances.
